Overview

The Subdecay Octasynth Octave Synthesizer foregoes the imitation circuitry common in these pedals and instead gives you an authentic analog synthesizer in pedal form. Constructed on the foundation of two integrated circuits (ICs), the Octasynth first transforms your signal into three square waves and then sends it through a resonant low pass filter; actual synthesis for a guitar or bass. Leaping over the common problem of overcomplicating a synth pedal, the Octasynth's streamlined layout of blend/depth/level/resonance knobs allow even beginners to get the hang of the pedal within minutes.
