About this listing
Ibanez Smash Box distortion pedal in excellent condition. Purchased in Tokyo and well cared for. These are relatively uncommon in the U.S., making this a great opportunity to pick one up without hunting for one overseas. The Smash Box has a thick, aggressive distortion character that works especially well for palm-muted riffs, nu-metal, and heavy metal. It has plenty of low-end punch and sustain while retaining the focused, aggressive attack that makes it particularly good for heavy rhythm playing. The Tone Lock knobs are a nice feature for live use: once you find your setting, the controls stay where you put them rather than getting accidentally bumped.Pedal is fully functional and in great overall condition, with no significant cosmetic issues.Condition: ExcellentUse: Light/home useIncluded: Pedal only
