Now discontinued Replacement Boards for the DSI MEK.Breathe new life into your Mono Evolver.Please take note of the following:These are not the endless encoder or PE edition boards. These are factory manufactured boards with ALPS detented potentiometers, which were replacements for the original defective endless encoders. No faults occured on or repairs were carried out on these boards.The 2 boards in this listing have been in storage since an elective PE conversion. They have spent the last few years surrounded by bubblewrap inside a cardboard box from Dave Smith Instruments. I am selling the OG rubber Knobs in another listing.The donor MEK has always been well minded in a non-smoking environment. The boards were working perfectly prior to the PE upgrade. I found the dentented pots to be absolutely perfect after the disappointment and frustration of the jumpy encoders that the MEK originally shipped with, but i was lucky to be able to upgrade to PE before they got discontinued. I have been keeping these as a back-up, but will list them here to give someone else the opportunity to resurrect their unique synth.Unfortunately I have no way of testing these rare discontinued boards, and so they are being sold as seen. What i would say is check my feedback and honest descriptions of my other listings. I would not list anything for sale without full disclosure.One last time, these are not PE boards, or original endless encoder boards. These are ALPS detented potentiometer replacement boards.
