For sale is a 2019 Gibson J-45 Banner. This was a limited Custom Shop run which bridged the gap between the previous year's J-45 Vintage and new Historic line J-45 Banner 1942 model. It has the rectangular bridge with long saddle from the newer 1942 reissue model, but the same Kluson style tuners as the Vintage model. Same construction / tonewoods - torrefied Adirondack spruce, mahogany back and sides, full hide glue construction. See video in my photo listing for a demo of a similar model from Chicago Music Exchange. Aside from one tiny nick on the headstock, it's completely mint and shows no fret wear. Setup is great with a nice medium action, and saddle is tall with plenty of room for adjustment. I've owned and played many of these models, and they are the closest thing you can get to a real vintage J-45 without spending a ton. This one sits at the top of the pack and will not disappoint.
