About this listing
** I live in Canada close to WA State border and can ship from either side of border. No extra fees such as duties or tariffs, they will be covered. All the of the pictures were taken in natural light. This top looks different all the time. Not sure if 2012 was particularly a good year at the custom shop, but after playing a handful of R0'S and R9'S, both newer and older, this was by far the best playing one - the feel and weight is pretty amazing.Feel free to send your offers. Possible trades considered for other Les Paul's or vintage Telecasters.2012 Gibson Custom Historic R0Finish and top - Lemon drop burst over a blister top with mineral lines and subtle flames throughout.Back - super nice grain movement on this one piece backPickups - While the stock Gibson Burst Bucker pickups were good, they were replaced with a OXN Rollin' Man set. Amazing pickups and a definite uptick in sound, quality and touch response. Very live sounding!I flipped the magnet in the neck pickup to go back to normal in phase and flipped the pickup to standard position with adjustable poles closest to the neck. If you want it back to original out of phase, ala Peter Green, I can do that before shipping.Pots - Original Gibson standard pots replaced with original 60s pots. 1966 - 1967. Clean and open sounding.Fretboard - Beauty dark rosewood, a pleasure to play.Case - Original OEM Gibson Custom Shop Historic in excellent condition.Literature - All support documents, COA and case candy are included.Guitar is set up and ready to go. I do play this at home but it is babied and put back in its case after every use. Has never left the house, or the music room. With that said, I'm sure if you took the guitar outside in natural light you might find a very very small blemish. Maybe..., but I do have to put that in here because as I said early, I do play it from time to time.
