Up for grabs is this super cool Fender American Deluxe Jazz Bass in Montego Black, which has a subtle gold sparkle to it, a beautiful classic Fender finish. The bass has tasteful, player friendly upgrades including Dimarzio Model J pickups (DP123), a 4 band/6 knob EQ section (Bass/Lo Mid/Hi Mid/Treble, Blend, Volume), fully copper shielded control cavity, Chrome pickup cover, and Leo Quan Badass Bass III hi-mass bridge. The neck has a subtle flame to it and is straight and comfortable as they come. There is very little fret wear, I'd say the frets are at 90% life left. There are some very small dings and scratches around the edges of the body, one spot about the size of a 50 cent piece of buckle rash, and the G string tuner is missing the screw cap to the tuning key but still functions without issue (see photo). The bass is a pleasure to play and has been dialed in with a nice low action on medium gauge round wound strings. It will ship in its excellent condition original hard case.
