Overview
The culmination of years of Anniversary series guitars, the Ernie Ball Music Man John Petrucci Signature JP-15 sports both tried-and-true features as well as some things that are utterly unique to this model. Boasting the same buffering preamp circuit and 20dB boost via the volume control as the Majesty Artisan, the JP-15 diverges with its special bridge and pickup configuration. The JP-15 sports DiMarzio Illuminators, but has a Piezo pickup on the saddles to pick up the raw sound of your strings, giving you an impressively realistic amplified acoustic sound. Versatile and functional, the JP-15 is a worthy addition to Petrucci and Music Man's Anniversary series.
