Modified Boss GEB-7 with Sinners Mod

Modified Boss GEB-7

Everyone is chasing "that sound." This pedal just may be the best thing out there for dialing in your tone.

Still our most popular mod, started calling it the "Sinners" mod after we got the endorsement from Buddy Guy. Check out the clip!

And there is simply no better mod out there for the GEB-7. The result is a warmer, fuller pedal with more clarity and less noise :)

-We use better quality metal film capacitors and metal film resistors when replacing cheaper components. Some components are of a different value to improve overall tone response.
-We replace op amps (chips) with high quality/low noise NE5532 op amps
These changes enhance the tone and help to eliminate noise.
-And of course we put in a nice bright blue LED…the “water clear” LED is clear when the pedal is off, and a nice bright blue when on. This is great for a dimly lit stage, but also a bright LED is a must if you play outside gigs.

Reviews: Absolutely amazing. This bass eq pedal is super quiet and is being used in my home studio now. Thanks!- Dan Erlewine

Great job! Everything as promised. Pedal sounds amazing. Theses EQ pedals were already great. The mod makes them even better. - Eric Nelson

From The Gear Page:
Just got one of my favorite pedals back from modest mikes mods- FANTASTIC! If you find your equalizer to be useful in your rig, but just wanted MORE FROM IT, I highly recommend mike for his basic quiet- tone improvement mod for your Boss. He’s super fast, a great communicator, very reasonably priced, what can I say?? Great guy. My pedal is now super silent, & controls are very responsive & thick sounding. I’m gona buy the bass eq & have him do the same mod to it!! A killer addition to an already good pedal!!

Hi Mike, I just received my boss pedal and I'm blown away! I have the same bass eq (stock factory) and the difference between them is like night and day, wow!!  Once again awesome !!!Thanks, Steve

Five Stars! Super low noise, and the blue LED is pretty. Thank you!- Jakab Selner
