About this listing
*Only the 2:90 in the pics, nothing else is being sold*Selling my Mesa/Boogie Stereo Simul-Class 2:Ninety stereo tube power amplifier. This is the earlier blue pilot-light / first-generation version of the 2:Ninety.I’ve been using it in my rack and it sounds great — huge low end, tons of headroom, and the classic Mesa Simul-Class power section. I’m only selling because I’m downsizing my rig.The 2:Ninety puts out 90 watts per channel in stereo and uses eight 6L6 power tubes along with three 12AX7s. It has independent Level and Presence controls for each channel, plus Mesa’s switchable Deep, Modern, and Half Drive voicing functions. Great match for rack preamps such as the Mesa TriAxis as well as modern modelers/preamps when you want a real tube power section. This is a genuine USA-made Mesa/Boogie rack power amp from the classic rack era and they’re getting increasingly difficult to find.Condition: Used, with normal cosmetic wear consistent with an older piece of rack gear. Please see photos for exact cosmetic condition. I will be adding more soon and don’t be afraid to ask for more. Tube age is only a couple years and not a ton of use. The amplifier has been working well for me.Due to the size and weight, local pickup is strongly preferred, although I can discuss shipping at buyer’s expense.$1,249 OBO.Feel free to message me with any questions.
