This is a 2014 ESP LTD James Hetfield Truckster in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original ESP LTD hardshell case. The rarest variant of the LTD Truckster, models like this one serialized with an L-prefix were Japanese-made (as opposed to Korea), not distributed outside Japan, and offered features essentially identical to their ESP-branded counterparts. Even the Aged Black Satin finish and simulated wear on this Japanese-made LTD is a direct match to ESP-branded models, in stark contrast to the way the Korean-made models were aged.Designed as a signature model replicating Hetfield’s Custom ESP, seen extensively onstage and used trecord some of Metallica’s most essential music, this Truckster features a James Hetfield's signature Het Set active EMG pickups.
