Overview
The first revision of the Rickenbacker A-22 "Frying Pan" lap steel, considered the first electric guitar ever manufactured, saw the addition of a single volume knob to the body as well as the "ELECTRO" logo being moved to a metal plate on the headstock rather than being engraved.
