The basses went dealer to dealer. We ARE NOT authorized dealers so we cannot call this brand new and cannot offer a warranty. You WILL BE the first end user and the first person to put their mitts on the guitar other than us doing an inspection and a perfect set up. Comes with a gig bag, Great weight at 9.2 LBS. Nothing for you to do except enjoy this bass! All the NOS we get, we list as mint - this one we are listing as excellent. We took it out of the box and there is a tiny mark from the carton and a slight rub on the box/ These get shipped naked in a box. But rest assured, you will be the 1st to play this bass other that us doing the set up!Most of the time when you buy a guitar or bass from a store and it's 'in the box', the axe is looked at, made sure it was in 1 piece and put back. EVERY item sold by us has a thorough inspection and a complete set up. If the strings are stale they are replaced. If batteries are near exp date - they are changed. That is the Kebo's advantage.
