Here we have a fantastic 2008 Gibson Custom Shop R7 VOS Les Paul Goldtop. Cosmetically the guitar is in good shape for being now 18 years old showing some nicks, dings, chip out of the tip of the headstock (see photo) as well as some good buckle rash/worming in the back of the guitar. Overall the guitar has a great worn in look being naturally aged and relic'd. The guitar features a killer medium/chunky C neck profile with a 1st fret depth of .88", a 12th fret depth of 1.00" and a 1 11/16ths nut width so the neck is beefy without being too big and fills the hand very nicely. The neck pickup reads 7.85K and the bridge pickup reads 7.92K so the pickups are well balanced. The guitar appears all original except for the wiring harness which was upgraded to a RS Guitar works harness and Mojoaxe strap lock buttons but comes with the original buttons as well. It has recently been set up and is playing great but like any other instrument it may need a final set up to your preference when it is received. It weighs in at 9 lbs 3.9 oz and is super resonant. The guitar comes as shown with the Gibson flight case ( no longer have the original case) case, COA, warranty pamphlet, hang tags, customer care guide, truss rod wrench.
