The 2000 Fender American Vintage Reissue '57 Stratocaster in 2-Color Sunburst is a stunning, period-correct homage to one of the most definitive years in electric guitar history. Built in Fender's Corona, California factory, this guitar features a premium, resonant alder body dressed in a thin, gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish that beautifully showcases the iconic contrast between its golden inner burst and dark outer edge. True to original 1957 blueprints, it boasts a one-piece tinted maple neck with a comfortable soft "V" profile, a vintage 7.25-inch fingerboard radius, and 21 slender frets that offer an authentic mid-century playing feel. Powered by a trio of American Vintage single-coil pickups, it delivers the signature late-'50s chime, bite, and clear bell-like tones, all supported by period-accurate hardware including a single-ply white pickguard and six-screw synchronized tremolo bridge.Notes:This 2000 Fender American Vintage Reissue 1957 Stratocaster is in Excellent condition, part of a single-owner, climate controlled collection, with extremely light wear consistent with 26 year age and only the most occasional home use.
