Your getting a lot for the money The E-MU Systems PK-6 Proteus Keys : 64 Voice, 61 Key, Synthesizer This E-MU Systems PK-6 is in Excellent Electronic and Mechanical Condition, but just very good Cosmetically, Has some small nicks and scuffs. and a couple of small scratches, most under keys, You could just put some cool stickers under the keys or If desired you can paint to cover, I don't think it looks bad at all. Note - A few small mark's of the gray has been touched up with gray paint "See pictures " If you have any questions please message me. This keyboard may not look perfect but it " Works Perfectly as New " The unit has been tested and passes all tests and is in Excellent working condition. All turn knobs are firm and turn smooth as they should, And all buttons work fine. The Encoder is New and professionally replaced and as so, Works Perfectly. The Key-bed has been professionally replaced with a New Syntaur original E-MU replacement Key-bed, E-MU part # ZK11874, This replacement key-bed comes complete with all keys, contact strips, key contact boards, bushings and after-touch strip. Works great and very responsive !Pitch and Mod wheel's work great !, and unit has a New Power Switch. ( Keyboard specs: 61 semi-weighted keys, velocity + after-touch sensitive ) * This PK-6 comes with the PROM1 Simm #17 sound ROM * Same as a New Unit+ A New Complete Full Key-bed which includes all individual key-bed parts, And has been professionally installed. Lets sum this up - New Complete Keybed - Original sound ROM - New Encoder - New Power Switch - All tested and work as they should - O ya a new Power Cord ! Well - I also threw in a Big Bonus, a QROM " this is one of the best ROM's E-MU put out, in my opinion. - Note - QROM works fine! but does not pass when tested shows Bad BK4, this is very common with these old ROMs, This QROM works great ! It's like getting a HALO & PK-6 in 1 unit.!! This unit has 2 ROM's installed with 1280 different presets, and room for 2 more ROM's ! These are great synth units to have and very responsive and fun to play.For this price you wont find a 61 full size key synthesizer like an E-MU ! Let alone all the new parts and extras. At this price - a working Easy to use, full size, Great sounding Key Board - would be a dream for a budding musician, or just an around the house instrument for anybody to use. and a whole lot of presets for sound creation and different playing styles and preferences.
