Alexander Superial I 8* Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece – Excellent Condition – Made in Germany
For sale is a beautiful Alexander Superial I 8 tenor saxophone mouthpiece*, made from high-quality reddish hard rubber (ebonite).
I purchased this mouthpiece from a prestigious specialist saxophone shop in Berlin, Germany. It has been used very little and is in excellent, almost new condition.
The Alexander Superial I is a highly regarded mouthpiece, appreciated for its rich, warm, and powerful sound, excellent projection, and remarkable tonal flexibility.
It offers a wonderful combination of vintage warmth, tonal depth, and modern playing versatility, making it an excellent choice for jazz, blues, soul, and other contemporary styles.
The 8* tip opening provides plenty of room for expression, allowing players to achieve a full, resonant sound while maintaining clarity and definition.
Main features:

Condition:
The mouthpiece has been carefully maintained and is in excellent playing condition. The only visible sign of age is a slight loss of shine in certain areas of the reddish finish, particularly around the section not covered by the ligature. This is purely cosmetic and does not affect its performance.
The Alexander Superial I is particularly appealing to players looking for a mouthpiece with a classic jazz character, a full-bodied sound, and the flexibility to move effortlessly between mellow, intimate passages and more powerful playing.
A great opportunity to acquire a high-quality professional tenor saxophone mouthpiece in nearly new condition.
