The Bottom Feeder is an analog envelope filter designed especially for bass and baritone guitar. Its voicing is aimed at lower-frequency instruments, delivering a musical, responsive filter effect without becoming overly sharp or exaggerated.

Rather than going for an extreme funk auto-wah sound, the Bottom Feeder can be set for more subtle, organic movement, making it especially useful for bass, baritone, fuzz setups and experimental textures. It also stacks well with other pedals and can add movement without completely taking over the core tone.

Its dynamic response follows your picking attack and input level, so the effect remains expressive and reacts naturally to playing dynamics.
