About this listing
Wefve just received a used 2014 Gibson Custom Shop Historic Collection 1960 Les Paul Special Single VOS! Classic specs including a mahogany body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard. It has an average weight, making it easy to handle. The fingerboard is made of high-quality wood with a rich reddish hue. The neck shape has just the right thickness, offering a comfortable grip that feels natural in the hand. The body features the popular "TV Yellow" finish. Compared to standard USA-made models, this finish has faded slightly to reveal the mahogany grain, giving it a distinctive, vintage look. Since the original had a VOS finish, the overall finish has been given a matte finish with a slightly subdued sheen. It is equipped with two original soapbar-style P-90 pickups. While retaining the characteristic thick sound of P-90 pickups, they also offer a sparkling, crisp tone that is truly captivating. This is a guitar that truly lets you experience the sweet tone unique to the Les Paul Special. Regarding its condition, there are dents on the tip of the neck, the back of the body, and the sides, and there is a crack in the finish near the neck joint. Additionally, there are cracks visible on the control knobs. The parts show more wear than they did when new. Additionally, the lettering on the switch plate has faded in some areas. While there are signs of wear, there are no issues with its playability. A high-quality Les Paul Special from the Custom Shop! This is a popular model in a popular color, so please consider taking advantage of this opportunity!
