Fender swapped the traditional single-coils for dual Blacktop open-coil humbuckers, giving you a thick, punchy growl with plenty of "umph." Thanks to a built-in push/pull coil-split switch on the tone knob (leaving the outside coils active), you can instantly switch from meaty humbucker tones to classic, glassy Fender cleans.The satin-finished modern "C" maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard is exceptionally smooth and comfortable, making it perfect for any playing style.
