The American Vintage '62 Telecaster Custom is a popular vintage reissue model from Fender USA that faithfully recreates the charm of the 1962 Telecaster Custom. Its greatest appeal lies in the sharp attack and rich harmonics unique to the Telecaster. It produces a crisp, twangy sound in the bridge position and a warm, lustrous tone in the neck position, making it suitable for a wide range of genres, from country and blues to rock and pop.The subtle nuances produced by the vintage-spec pickups directly convey the playerfs touch, allowing you to fully enjoy the pleasure of playing. The frets have been leveled, so the playing condition is excellent and the guitar is ready for use. There is lacquer discoloration on the headstock and body sides, as well as signs of a replaced capacitor, rewinding on the front pickup, and reattachment marks. Additionally, while there are signs of use?including replaced pickup rubber tubes, corrected nut grooves for the 2nd and 3rd strings, and a replaced selector knob?this item has been restrung with new strings upon arrival at our facility, and our repair department has performed thorough cleaning, maintenance, and setup on all components.
