About this listing
Schecter Reaper-6 FR-S Elite Guitar Blood Burst
This Reaper-6 FR-S Elite delivers a buttery smooth playability experience thanks to its ultra-thin wenge neck with carbon fiber reinforcement and responsive Floyd Rose 1500 series tremolo system. The neck-through construction provides exceptional sustain and tonal clarity, while the thin "C" profile makes extended technical passages and rapid position shifts feel effortless. The striking Blood Burst finish signals the aggressive character built into every component of this Elite-grade instrument.
Playability & Feel
The 25.5" scale wenge neck features a thin "C" shape measuring .748" at the 1st fret and .787" at the 12th fret, engineered for speed and comfort during both rapid shredding and intricate melodic work. Carbon fiber reinforcement rods stabilize the neck against seasonal changes and heavy playing, while the 12"–16" compound radius ebony fretboard with 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets ensures consistent action and smooth bends across the entire range. Grover tuners and a 2-way adjustable truss rod provide reliable tuning stability and precise setup control.
Tone & Electronics
The dual-pickup configuration pairs a Schecter USA San Andreas humbucker in the bridge position with a Sustainiac neck pickup, delivering articulate high-end clarity alongside aggressive low-end punch that cuts through any mix. Dedicated controls include a 3-way pickup switch, Volume/Tone potentiometers, and a 2-way on-off Sustainiac switch with 3-way mode selection (Fundamental-Mix-Harmonic), enabling everything from modern metal aggression to ambient harmonic textures.
