About this listing
The 1974 Fender Super Reverb Silverface 4x10 is one of the amplifiers that helped define the classic Fender sound: impressive headroom, immediate response, tight low end and sparkling highs that remain musical even at higher volumes. Its four 10-inch speaker configuration delivers a fast, open and room-filling response, making it equally convincing for rich clean tones, blues, country and classic rock. This example currently features two original 1974 Fender CTS speakers together with two more recent USA-made Eminence speakers, preserving an important part of its original character while providing a strong and balanced overall response. The Vibrato channel includes Fender’s legendary spring reverb and tremolo, both fundamental elements of the Super Reverb experience. The rear panel also features a mains voltage selector, identifying this amplifier as an export-spec version particularly suitable for European use. A genuine Silverface classic with the size, depth and touch sensitivity that have made the Super Reverb one of Fender’s most celebrated vintage amplifiers.
