About this listing
This is the 2024 Made in Japan Limited Kusumi Color Telecaster Thinline, a limited-production model finished in Kusumi Green.“Kusumi” refers to muted, low-saturation colors with a calm, sophisticated appearance—a palette that has become increasingly popular in clothing, home furnishings, and everyday accessories.Building on Fender’s long tradition of offering a wide variety of finishes, this model introduces a contemporary, fashionable color palette to the popular Telecaster Thinline. The muted colors extend beyond the body to the position inlays and headstock logo, creating a distinctive, unified look. The carefully selected alder body features the Thinline’s characteristic semi-hollow construction, reducing weight while delivering a warm sound with rich, deep overtones. The satin-finished Modern “C” maple neck, 22 narrow-tall frets, and 9.5-inch-radius fingerboard provide comfortable playability with less fatigue during extended playing sessions.Birdseye figuring is visible on the back of the neck and the headstock. Another appealing feature is its remarkably light weight of approximately 2.7 kg. Guitars this lightweight are not easy to come by!SpecificationsNeck Material: MapleNeck Shape: Modern “C”Neck Finish: Satin UrethaneScale Length: 25.5" (64.77 cm)Fingerboard Material: RosewoodFingerboard Radius: 9.5" (241 mm)Position Inlays: Kusumi White DotNumber of Frets: 22Fret Size: Narrow TallNut Width: 1.650" (42 mm)Body Material: AlderBody Finish: Satin PolyesterPickups: Hybrid II Custom Voiced Single-Coil TelecasterControls: Master Volume, Master ToneBridge: 3-Saddle Vintage-Style Strings-Through-Body Tele with Slanted Brass Barrel SaddlesWeight: Approximately 2.7 kg.The guitar is in excellent condition, with no noticeable damage and hardly any minor scratches.
