Here we have a Catfish Professional, a custom 1929 0 model built for world renowned blues musician, Catfish Keith. After Santa Cruz built him a custom, all Mahogany O a few years back, fans around the world kept asking for more information on this 'little guitar with the giant voice.'
It's an all solid figured mahogany 0 size with a mellow "1929" burst finish. The scale length of 24.75" and 12th fret construction make it purpose built for blues but also suitable for folk, ragtime or a smaller singer songwriter. Not to be confused with the Catfish Special, the Professional model features custom bubble fingerboard inlays and Catfish Keith peg head inlay.
