bH Amps Drone D542H is the progenitor of the entire series, the first to be designed and upon which the entire line of Drone Series amp heads is based. Equipped with a preamplifier featuring top-quality, oversized components, a high-performance Class D power amp with a 3-way selector switch for varying power and tonal color, and a highly efficient switching power supply that makes it usable anywhere in the world, the Drone D542H incorporates all the hallmarks of the DRONE Series.

The result is a line of amp heads with their own distinct character: efficient, versatile, and defined, always responsive and balanced, never extreme, with a compact, present overall tone that doesn't suppress dynamics even at low volume, and with filters capable of quickly adapting to any situation without ever overpowering the sound.
