Esoteric Audio Research Valve Microphone
Esoteric Audio Research Valve Microphone
Our users rate Reverb
A rare valve microphone designed and handcrafted by the late Tim de Paravicini of Esoteric Audio Research (EAR).
This particular microphone was custom-made for Altarus Records, as indicated by the ALT engraving on its base. Altarus Records used an all-EAR recording chain to capture remarkable recordings of compositions by Kaikhosru Shapurji Sorabji.
The microphone is supplied with its original multipin cable and power supply/pattern-selection box. It will be shipped in a sturdy Pelican 1520 protective case.
