SABIAN 8" Overture Triangle

The SABIAN 8" Overture Triangle delivers a compact, responsive striking surface that produces articulate attacks with minimal effort. This aluminum alloy triangle excels in studio sessions and multi-track recording where clarity and quick response are essential for capturing defined percussion layers. The modest eight-inch size makes it the lowest-pitched option in SABIAN's Overture line, ideal for engineers and producers needing defined pitch control in mixed percussion contexts and overdub sessions.

Tone & Sustain

This triangle produces a warm tone at moderate playing levels, transitioning to bright, shimmering sustain as dynamics increase. The character suits both isolated percussion tracks requiring definition and ensemble textures where shimmer enriches the overall mix without overwhelming other instruments and vocal elements.

Construction & Material

Built from aluminum alloy with a medium-heavy weight classification, the Overture Triangle balances durability with responsive articulation. This material choice ensures consistent tone production and reliable performance across tracking sessions, punch-ins, and repeated takes in the studio environment.
