The tone has more midrange and clarity. and provides nice. even sounding chords with just a hint of snarl. Clean tones have a clear. snappiness. and distorted tones have a nice midrange growl. The Seymourized Mini humbucker bridge has more midrange and grit. while providing noticeably more muscle than a vintage style pickup. Chords sound big and aggressive without getting fizzy or losing that cool alnico tonal character. There is a natural openness to the tone that delivers a larger serving of what is so special about Firebird tone. Hand made in Santa Barbara. CA. the Seymourized Mini Humbuckers are drop-in replacements for any mini-humbucker sized route and are intended to be mounted to the guitar using Firebird style mounting rings and 3-48 humbucker mounting screws.
