The AKG C314 is built around the classic C414 platform, retaining the brilliant, detailed sound and preserving much of the versatility that makes this mic such a workhorse. With the more neutral, balanced capsule from the C414 B XLS and 4 switchable polar patterns, the C314 can be left on the mic stand and pointed at anything that makes sound for fantastic results.
