Heavily modified 1972 (serial LJ 1111) Rickenbacker USA 480 in Burgandyglo. Has been routed (chiseled) out and diy installed 2 early pat sicker t tops and a harmonica bridge. The pole screws on one of the pickups have been shortened. The neck screws have been shortened to fit neck pickup. Was told this guitar has been as is since 1976. Original tuners, tailpiece, pots (1972) etc. The neck is very slim with a pretty flat radius. There are no cracks or structural damage. The frets show wear mostly the first 5 but it plays well. Its sounds great obviously. Comes with a non original case that might be older than the guitar.Note the mods are not done professionally. The guitar functions, plays and intonates fine. Please check the pictures closely and dont hesitate to ask any questions if seriously interested. This guitar will be sold as is. Check my feedback and buy with confidence. Shipping only in Canada.
