Up for sale is a 2019 Eastman MD415 Goldtop mandolin. This one has a nitrocellulose finish, predating Eastman’s switch to poly around 2021. Really beautiful instrument with particularly nice mahogany for the back and neck. Plays and sounds great. It’s only been used at home in a humidity-controlled environment. Frets are in great shape, with some minor play wear but no major dings etc. One thing to note: there’s some light shading under the nitro by the scroll. I have it highlighted in the photos. It’s almost completely unnoticeable, but I did want to make sure this was disclosed on the listing.Happy to answer any questions. Great mandolin, but it’s time for a new home.
