About this listing
The DiMarzio DP163 Bluesbucker looks like a standard humbucker but delivers the sound of a P90. This means that any guitar with standard size humbuckers can have access to that P90 sound...plus it cancels 60-cycle hum too!Â
Patented Virtual Vintage and Airbucker technology allows the Bluesbucker to see a "narrow" string window, like that of a true single coil. Put a pair of these together and you'll get that open, slightly hollow sound or two single coils together, whilst splitting the pickup produces a Strat style tone with a minimal amount of volume drop.
