This is a rare model that Mapex collaborate with Japanese Custom Drum Company - Beyond Shimano. You simply can't find this snare in the Mapex's catalog.
The shell is made by 6 ply pre-dried maple which approx. weight 240g or less, bearing edges are rounded and snare bed is cut to 3mm for crisp tone. Exterior is a beautiful ply of AAA Grade birdseye maple. Despite of a shadow shell, it produces more mid-low and surprisingly a full bodied tone.
All hardware are in black chrome finish and fully functional, no damage to the shell and the overall condition is nearly perfect. I will include a snare bag in advance.
