The First Act Delay is an INCREDIBLE analog delay. It is super warm with some really nice LO-FI. It can go from one of the best slap backs you ever heard, to some beautiful, natural, organic delays that provide quite the atmosphere. My mom even came to ask what it was I was doing, AND SHE NEVER COMES TO ASK.

Is this priced to sell? NOPE! I really don't want to sell, it it's so oozingly good... And if you don't buy this, it won't hurt my feelings! But let me tell you... be sure to get one if another ever pops up again!!!

This pedal was not designed to be a high end pedal and that's obvious. For one, it's not true bypass and the buffer isn't great. Also, the volume dips a little. But considering how awesome it sounds, this doesn't matter.
It's worth putting into a switcher, and and worth dealing with adjusting the volume. There might even be some mods for this unit out there.
Alternately, you might find you want this thing ALWAYS ON, if you play clean, through and organic delay all the time.
