The shielding braid is made of copper with a minimum 99% coverage which ensures very high resistance to any interference. To further increase the shielding effectiveness, a layer of metalised Mylar foil was used, which ensures 100% coverage density. And, what does double shielding provide? The braided copper shield is thicker and thus, absorbs more electromagnetic interference (EMI), especially at lower frequencies. On the other hand, the Mylar foil, which is the second shielding layer, absorbs less interference but offers better protection across a wider frequency spectrum. Double shielding is therefore an optimal solution, providing broad-frequency protection against interferences and their negative impact on the signal

With the Spiral Litz Technology each braid is made of separately insulated and twisted wires which enables them to act as separate conductors, not as one large conductor. The total voltage of power amplifier's output flows in each of them. This type of solution prevents electrons from jumping from one strand to another and thus, eliminates the loss of the so-called subtle information. The most important benefit of this technology is the uniformity of the current distribution throughout the cable cross-section that increases the efficiency of current transmission. Skin-effect is reduced to minimum. Furthermore, the conductors’ insulation prevents copper oxidation.
