This 1996 Fender Custom Shop Jerry Donahue Signature Telecaster is a refined take on the classic T Style design, built for nuance, dynamics and versatility.Finished in Sunburst over an ash body, it delivers the snap and clarity expected from a traditional Tele platform, with the added flexibility of Donahue’s signature wiring and pickup configuration.The birdseye maple neck features a comfortable Soft V profile with a 9.5 inch radius and black dot inlays. Measuring 21.2 mm at the 1st fret and 22.3 mm at the 12th fret, it offers a substantial yet smooth playing feel. The 41.8 mm nut width and 25.5 inch scale length keep it firmly in familiar Tele territory.Equipped with a Jerry Donahue Single Coil in the neck and a Seymour Duncan Jerry Donahue bridge pickup, this guitar is controlled via volume, tone and a 5 way switch, providing a wide range of tones beyond the traditional Tele setup. A 3 saddle bridge and vintage style tuners complete the classic aesthetic.Weighing 3.39 kg, this instrument is in excellent condition and comes in a hardshell case with TFOA passport.
