For sale: a vintage 1950s Hoyer acoustic guitar in very good condition. It holds its tuning well, features a low action, and delivers a rich sound with a strong presence in the mid and high frequencies.
The instrument has real character and a distinctive look.
The build quality is excellent, as is its visual condition.
Many guitars from this era lack a truss rod, often rendering the neck unusable—but that is not the case here.
This particular instrument is in good shape; intonation is solid up to the 12th fret, and it offers a comfortable playing experience.
There are small holes at the end of the fretboard—left over from a previously mounted pickup—but these do not compromise the structural integrity, nor do they interfere with playing.
Includes a vintage-style Stagg hardshell case.
