The handy little Saturnworks stereo TRS passive splitter/combiner pedal can split one audio signal into two or three.* It can also combine two or three signals into one.** It can also passively sum a stereo signal into a mono signal.

**Passive summers work best when the signals being combined have similar impedance: instrument level + instrument level or line level + line level, for example.
