About this listing
ESP LTD BK-600 Bill Kelliher Guitar in Vintage Silver Sunburst
The BK-600 is a set-thru mahogany workhorse engineered for aggressive playing and heavy articulation, delivering raw low-end paired with articulate, complex clean tones. Bill Kelliher's signature model combines substantial construction with versatile electronics to excel in demanding musical contexts. The shorter 24.75" scale and responsive neck contour make bending and vibrato effortless without sacrificing sustain or cutting power.
Tone & Electronics
Bill Kelliher signature Mojotone Hellbender humbuckers with nickel covers provide menacing low-end and clarity across the frequency spectrum. Dual push-pull coil-split controls on both volume and tone knobs unlock single-coil voicings, while LTD locking tuners and a TonePros locking bridge and tailpiece ensure tuning stability through demanding performances.
Playability & Construction
The three-piece mahogany neck paired with a Thin-U contour, 42mm nut width, and 350mm fingerboard radius supports both aggressive picking and smooth transitions without crowding. Set-thru construction creates seamless neck-to-body integration for enhanced sustain and resonance, while the Macassar ebony fingerboard with 22 extra-jumbo frets accommodates complex voicings and lead work across a fast, uncluttered playing surface.
