For sale is my Warwick Thumb BO 4-string bass, made in Germany in July 1995, from Warwick's highly regarded early German production era.
Serial number: G-025929-95
The bass is in exceptional, near-mint condition for a 31-year-old instrument. Beautiful natural wood finish, classic Warwick Thumb body shape, and the distinctive growling tone that made these German-made basses famous.
I originally purchased this instrument in Sweden. It has been carefully maintained and preserved in excellent condition.

Sound & Playability
The classic Warwick Thumb sound: powerful and articulate low end, pronounced growling midrange, fast attack and outstanding definition.
The active MEC preamp provides excellent tonal flexibility, while the passive mode offers a more direct, natural character.
This bass is suitable for a wide range of musical styles, from fingerstyle and slap to jazz, funk, rock and fusion.
Condition
Excellent to near-mint cosmetic condition, with no significant visible damage.
