Original AKG D222 vintage dynamic microphone, Made in Austria, 200 Ohms.
The AKG D222 is a classic vintage dynamic microphone known for its use in broadcast, speech and recording applications.
Technical condition:
The microphone has been tested by me with a Zoom H4n and works properly. The audio signal is clear and stable. The 0 / -6 / -12 switch also works correctly.
Cosmetic condition:
Good, well-preserved vintage condition with normal signs of age and use. No obvious major dents or damage. Please see the photos for the exact cosmetic condition.
The microphone has a historical “BBC R.III” marking on the body. I cannot document the exact provenance or previous use of this particular microphone within the BBC.
Local pickup and testing are possible in Berlin-Köpenick by prior arrangement.
Private sale. No warranty or returns.
