This is a high-quality vintage acoustic guitar made in Japan. The Yamaha FG-110 is one of the classic models from Yamaha's famous Red Label series, which was produced from October 1966 through May 1972.The Red Label series is highly regarded by vintage Japanese acoustic guitar enthusiasts for its distinctive dry, dynamic, and well-balanced sound. The FG-110 features a compact body with a spruce top and maple back and sides. This combination produces a dynamic yet well-controlled tone with a crisp, percussive character that works especially well for strumming while also responding beautifully to fingerpicking. The neck is made of nato and is fitted with a bubinga fingerboard. The 635 mm scale length provides a comfortable playing feel while maintaining the lively response these early Yamaha FG guitars are known for. This particular guitar was manufactured in September 1970, corresponding to Showa 45 in the Japanese calendar. The guitar has developed a beautifully aged, dry vintage tone over the decades. The original Yamaha tuning machines are still installed, and the guitar remains fully functional and holds tuning properly. This FG-110 is especially attractive because it remains in remarkably clean condition for a guitar made in 1970, with no cracks, no structural repairs, and approximately 90% of the original fret life remaining. Please check the video for sound samples and detailed condition. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.・Finish Natural ・Body Spruce Top / Maple Back & Sides ・Finger Board Bubinga ・Weight 1.7kg (3.74 lbs) ・Serial Number 1354737 ・Brand Yamaha ・Manufacture Country Japan ・Nut Width 42mm ・Case No Case ・Neck Straight ・Tuner Working Well ・Truss Rod Working WellStrings Height 6th string at 12th fret: 3.0mm 1st string at 12th fret: 2.0mm 6th string at bridge saddle: 4.0mm 1st string at bridge saddle: 3.0mm---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Condition Rating (85/100)There are some light scratches and a few small dents, including a small dent on the back of the neck, but considering its age, this guitar remains in exceptionally clean condition. There are no cracks anywhere on the guitar. There are no repairs around the neck joint or other structural areas. The bridge is firmly attached with no lifting. The neck is straight, and the truss rod functions properly. The frets have approximately 90% of their original life remaining, with very little wear.(No fret buzzing)The original Yamaha tuning machines operate properly, and the guitar tunes and holds tuning without any problems.Sounds and plays great with no issues. Please note that no case is included. Please check the photos for details. Please check the video for sound samples and detailed condition.I will pack the guitar very carefully to ensure safe shipping. Please don't worry about shipping damage. Please check my feedback from previous buyers.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Item Number: RA-3061
