The Taylor 314ce has long been the gold standard for working musicians, and the Next Generation model completely reimagines this classic with groundbreaking innovations. At its core, this instrument features the new Scalloped V-Class bracing, a "sonic engine" that enhances the low-end warmth and resonance while maintaining the pitch accuracy and volume of the original V-Class design. This updated internal architecture allows the solid Sitka Spruce top and solid Sapele back and sides to vibrate more freely, producing a richer, more robust voice that fills the room.
One of the most exciting updates is the Action Control Neck system, which utilizes a long-tenon design to improve the neck-to-body connection for increased sustain and stability. This system allows for precise, tool-free micro-adjustments to the neck angle, ensuring your playing action is always perfect regardless of humidity changes. Amplified performance is also revolutionized by the new Claria System electronics.
