It is in Excellent condition and sounds fantastic.THE AMP & WHAT IT IS The Marshall DSL15C is a compact yet powerful 15-watt 1x12" combo amp from Marshall’s DSL series. It offers two channels — Classic Gain and Ultra Gain — along with built-in reverb, making it a versatile choice for practice, recording, and small to medium gigs. The DSL15C delivers that signature Marshall crunch and high-gain roar in a more manageable package than its bigger siblings, while still having plenty of headroom and tone-shaping options.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONSPower: 15 watts (switchable between Pentode and Triode modes)Channels: 2 (Classic Gain & Ultra Gain)Preamp Tubes: 3 x ECC83Power Tubes: 2 x EL84Reverb: Built-in spring reverbControls: Presence, Bass, Middle, Treble, Gain, Volume (per channel), Reverb, Master VolumePower Mode Switch: Pentode (full 15 watts) / Triode (reduced power, ~7–8 watts)Speaker Outputs: Multiple impedance optionsYear: 2016CONDITION & COSMETICS – OUR BUY-IN REPORT Rated Excellent condition. This amp has been very well cared for. The tolex is clean with only light signs of normal use. All original-style transformers are present and functioning properly. We photographed the amp thoroughly so you can see the actual condition.SOUND & PERFORMANCE NOTES FROM OUR TESTING This DSL15C delivers classic Marshall tone with excellent clarity and punch. The Classic Gain channel is great for bluesy overdrive and classic rock crunch, while the Ultra Gain channel provides thick, saturated high-gain tones perfect for modern rock and metal. One of the best features of this amp is the Pentode/Triode switch. In Pentode mode you get the full 15 watts for gigs and band practice. Flip it into Triode mode and the amp drops to roughly 7–8 watts, giving you that sweet, saturated tone at much lower volumes — perfect for bedroom playing, late-night practice, or small venues without losing the character of the amp. This makes the DSL15C genuinely useful in a wide range of situations, from quiet home use all the way up to gigging volumes.WHAT’S INCLUDED WITH THIS AMP Marshall DSL15C combo in the Excellent condition described. Includes the IEC power cable. No footswitch is included.MOSTLY MUSIC USAGE TIPS & REAL-WORLD APPLICATIONS The Marshall DSL15C is a fantastic choice for players who want real Marshall tone in a compact, gig-friendly package. The Pentode/Triode switch is a standout feature — it lets bedroom players enjoy authentic tube overdrive at reasonable volumes while still giving gigging musicians full power when they need it. The two channels and built-in reverb make it very versatile, whether you’re using it clean with pedals or pushing the gain for rock and metal tones. At 15 watts it has more than enough volume for most club gigs while remaining practical for home and rehearsal use.WHY BUY FROM MOSTLY MUSIC We’re not just moving gear — we’re players who opened a store because we know this stuff inside and out.
