This model immediately stood out for its use of the "Floyd Rose II" bridge, which in Strat models was an upgrade to Fender's existing tremolo. This tremolo makes the guitar more versatile and improves tuning. Manufactured in 1995, belonging to the 1st series ("MSN50XXX") in Mexico, it was the version with a rosewood fretboard, contrasting with the maple fretboard of the American version.The Strat with "HSS" configuration originally came with 3 Fender "Tex-Mex" pickups. An electronic and pickup upgrade similar to the American version was made. It featured a DiMarzio DP184 "The Chopper" mini-humbucker in the neck position; a Fender Custom Shop Texas Special single-coil pickup in the middle; and a DiMarzio PAF "The Tone Zone" humbucker in the bridge position. After this investment, the sound improved without a doubt! A push-pull system was also installed on the volume knob to split-coil the "The Hot Zone" pickups in the bridge and the "Chopper" pickup in the neck. The neck of this Strat is a "Modern C Shape" and it's incredible! Fast, thin, and one of the most comfortable I've ever seen. It has a thin varnish finish. With all this, this guitar manages to be quite versatile.
