The legendary Buchla 292 Quad LPG, now available from Tip Top Audio in Eurorack format!The first iteration of the 292t was not allowed to be sold in the EU because of the vactrols used. Now there is a special version of the Quad Lopass Gate! The 292t has the unmistakable, organic sound character that we expect from an excellent lowpass gate. As with all modules from the collaboration between Buchla and Tiptop Audio, the 292t is very close to the original circuit.Featuring full Eurorack functionality in the form of 3.5mm minijacks, easily mix up to four sounds out their individual outputs or through a summed output to act as a mixdown. The four channels each can run in one of three modes, acting as either a low pass filter with a variable cutoff, a VCA with controllable gain, or even a combination of both to create Buchla’s famous low pass gate effect for create even and smooth transitions in timbre and amplitude over time.
