About this listing
2016 Taylor 414ce-R. Solid Rosewood back and sides. Taylor Expression 2 electronics.Original Taylor Hard Shell Case, with very minor scuff marks, as shown. Original paperwork and hang tags.Excellent condition: never gigged, always kept in a smoke free, humidity controlled environment. Recently set up by Taylor, with Elixer 12/53, 80/20 bronze strings. No visible fret wear. Plays nicely up and down the neck, with well defined, full tone. The size of this guitar, slightly smaller than a Dreadnaught, makes it extremely comfortable to play, without sacrificing tone or volume. The solid Rosewood back and sides are a huge upgrade to the standard 414 guitars, providing a warm, full, and articulate sound.Big, full voice! This is NOT a jumbo guitar, though Reverb has automatically categorized it as such🤔Ten years of age give this guitar a great tone that is not found on newer models. Why am I selling this wonderful instrument? Too many guitars (can there really be such a thing😵💫?), and it’s time to cull the herd.
