ESP LTD JM-II Electric Guitar in Black Shadow Burst

The ESP LTD JM-II is built around Josh Middleton's signature specifications, delivering a fast neck and contoured body that feel like an extension of your hand. Engineered for aggressive playing styles, this instrument balances pristine clarity with the articulate punch needed for technical passages and heavy rhythms. The Black Shadow Burst finish commands attention while the balanced design makes extended sessions feel effortless.

Playability & Construction

The three-piece roasted maple neck features an extra-thin u-shaped profile paired with a Macassar ebony fingerboard and 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, enabling fast, responsive fingerwork across the entire range. The bolt-on alder body with quilted maple top, 25.5" scale length, 50mm fingerboard radius, and 42mm molded nut width provide the stability, sustain, and ergonomic design needed for both precision and power playing.

Tone & Electronics

Dual Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker pickups—alnico in the neck and ceramic in the bridge—deliver thick, articulate tones with push-pull voicing controls that cover everything from warm lead work to aggressive djent and metal applications. Active electronics with volume, tone (push/pull), and toggle switch configuration provide responsive control and clarity across all frequency ranges.
