This is a fantastic made in Japan reissue of the Fender TL69-70 Telecaster in pink paisley finish! This one sports a 1985 date stamp on the neck heel and has held up very well over the many years of play. The guitar is comprised of a basswood body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard.
This guitar does show some minor cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The pink paisley finish has started to age very nicely from over time and the hardware shows normal patina that is also consistent with aging. The frets exhibit light play wear with plenty of life and the truss rod still has plenty of room to turn in both directions.
The guitar is equipped with upgraded electronics that include a set of USA Pure Vintage single coil pickups. This guitar is otherwise original.
