About this listing
Offering a Fender Japan ST-43 Stratocaster from 1993-1994, made in Japan. The ST-43 was the Japanese Standard Stratocaster of the period - straightforward specification, solid construction, and the precision of fit and finish that MIJ Fenders from this era are known for.Black / White pickguard / Maple - a classic combination that never goes out of style. The one-piece maple neck has a 9.84" radius - noticeably more modern in feel than the vintage 7.25", which makes it comfortable across all playing positions, particularly in the upper registers. Factory Gotoh MGH-SGE tuners - reliable Japanese hardware, smooth and precise.Fully original and complete. Factory electronics throughout, ceramic ST-Single pickups untouched.SpecificationsYear: 1993-1994Serial number: Q042219Country: Japan (Made in Japan)Model: ST-43Body: BasswoodNeck: One-piece maple, skunk stripe, oval C profile, scale 25.5" / 648 mmFingerboard: Maple, radius 9.84" / 250 mm, black dot inlaysFrets: 21, vintage style, very good plus conditionPickups: 3x ST-Single ceramic bar (factory Fender Japan)Electronics: 5-way switch, Volume, 2x ToneBridge: S88 vintage style, die-cast block, unstamped saddlesTuners: Gotoh MGH-SGE, nickel/chrome (factory)Hardware: Nickel/chromePickguard: 3-ply white, 11 holesColor: BlackCase: Original Fender soft gig bag includedConditionVery Good Plus.
